85% helt ny kod i Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
"It's a chance to go back, and some of the techniques that we used back in the day still make sense today, and then there's other things that you would do on a Windows 95 platform that today they're just like 'oh my god why did we ever do that?'.
When Baldur's Gate came out PCs had four megs of memory or maybe eight megs if you had a lot of money. Today you have your iPhone that had four gigs or 16 gigs, so optimising around memory just doesn't make sense anymore, and it's one of the big things we did with the Enhanced Editions- we just rebuilt the entire memory system. I think at this point we're probably 85% all-new code."
