The esports organisation Gen.G has announced that it is making a change to its Valorant roster. Despite only joining back in mid-April, Bryce "PureR" Lovell is leaving the team, as Gen.G Valorant is looking to bring on a new member in the hope of showing more success in the competitive Valorant scene, something it has yet to really do in 2022.

Speaking about the release, Gen.G stated, "Thank you @PureRedfish for the effort and heart you gave to #GenGVAL. We wish you the best in your future moves and know you'll kill it wherever you go."

As for where PureR will land, this has yet to be determined, but the esports professional has said that he is "looking for any team tryouts and opportunities".
