Skräckfilmen Barbarian anses allmänt vara en av förra årets bästa skräckfilmer, och vi vet att regissören Zach Cregger redan arbetar på en uppföljare - och tydligen är det mer än så planerat.
Via ett pressmeddelande som skickats till Gamereactor avslöjas att Barbarian ska bli TV-spel genom ett samarbete med Diversion3 Entertainment. Om detta samarbete säger Diversion3-bossen Tim Hesse följande:
"We're very excited to work with the team at New Regency to expand on the settings, characters, and creatures of Barbarian. The film did a magnificent job of not only scaring audiences with its unexpected and horrifying twists and turns, but also in establishing strong characters thrown into terrifying situations. We look forward to exploring these themes further in the game."
Studion har tidigare bland annat arbetat med Evil Dead: The Game och Friday the 13th: The Game - så de har onekligen viss vana av skräckspel.
