Det har gått nästa exakt tre år sedan det utannonserades att Liam Hemsworth skulle ta över rollen som Geralt of Rivia efter Henry Cavill. I och med att den fjärde säsongen av The Witcher släpps den 30:e oktober så får vi alltså snart se hur han hanterar det hela. Men det var inte helt självklart för Hemsworth att acceptera rollen, i en intervju med Radiotimes berättar han varför:
"When I first got approached, I was pretty reluctant at that point. I had a lot of concerns and questions about it all. I think if I wasn't a fan myself, if I didn't care about it, I wouldn't have come on board. The reason I came on board was because I was a fan, and because I thought that I could do justice to this character. I thought that could bring an interesting interpretation to this part of the story."
