Om vi får tro analytikern Colin Sebastian på institutet Robert W. Baird så kan det bli svårt att få tag på Playstation 4 och Xbox One i årets julhandel, skriver CVG.
"It is more likely than not that there will be initial shortages", säger Sebastian.
Trots att båda konsolerna väntas släppas ungefär samtidigt, tror Sebastian att den som blir först ändå får en fördel: "In terms of who goes first, it would certainly be ideal to launch first, and gain all of the initial attention and momentum, as console launches are really the only equivalent of a 'red carpet' event for the industry."
