Med Steam Greenlight får indieutvecklare ett verktyg med vilket de kan sprida sina mindre egengjorda spel till likasinnade. Ett av dessa spel är Gabe Newell Simulator, gjort av italienska Antonio "Exinot" Renna. I detta spel axlar du rollen som Gabe Newell som efter att ha utannonserat Half-Life 3 på E3 får ett problem med monster hemma i Valve-kontoret. Monstren sätts där av andra studios som är rädda för "konkurs".
