Det fanns en hel del intressant att hitta i Sonys senaste finansrapport. Något extra märkbart är att Sony är rätt nöjda med försäljningen av det nyligen släppta Playstation VR, enligt finanschefen Kenichiro Yoshida så är siffrorna vad de räknat med.
Då finansrapporten endast täckte siffror fram till den 30 september, så har vi ännu inte fått se på några riktiga försäljningssiffror för det nyligen släppta VR-headsetet. Däremot verkar det som att Playstation VR har fått en ganska bra start. Sony höjdaren Jim Ryan avslöjade nyligen att företaget förväntar sig sälja hundratusentals exemplar av Playstation VR.
"We know that the replenishment cycle is a good one, production is going exactly as we anticipated. We have made decisions to further increase capacity at the back end of 2016 and into 2017, so there are going to be a lot of PlayStation VRs around the world, whether that's enough to satisfy the demands of the market, we'll see."
