... Han gillade den, verkligen. Om det har med att han fick flertalet miljarder kronor i betalning av Disney för att sälja Lucasfilm, eller om han "verkligen" gillar den - har vi ingen aning om. Men vi hoppas att det handla rom renodlad, oförfalskad filmkärlek. Såklart. Godzilla-regissören Gareth Edwards (som pulat ihop Rogue One) pratade lite om telefonsamtalet med amerikanska filmtidningen Collider. Såhär lät det:
"So two days ago we got to show George the movie, and we all had a phone call and I got to speak with him yesterday. I don't wanna put words into his mouth, but I can honestly say that I can die happy now. He really liked the movie, so it meant a lot. To be honest, and no offense to anyone here, it was the most important review to me. I will take that conversation to my grave. It was a real privilege. His opinion means the world to me."
Tydligen skämtade George lite om CGI och gjorde sig såklart lite lustig på sin egen bekostnad med tanke på hur datorgeggiga Episode I, II och III är.
