I det senaste numret av branschblaskan Entertainment Weekly har en himla massa ny information rörande Star Wars: The Last Jedi framkommit och bortsett från att Snoke har blodröda plastsamurajer som livvakter och att Luke satsade alla sina kort på Kylo, som sedan gick över till den mörka sidan, är det nyheten om Lukes sällskap på den där "öde" planeten (Ahch-To), som intresserar oss mest. Tydligen har Luke ett gäng glada, hjälpsamma hamstrar vid sin sida samt en varelse som beskrivs som renodlade hjälpredor. Rian Johnson beskriver arterna såhär:
""They're kind of these sort of fish-bird type aliens who live on the island. They've been there for thousands of years, and they essentially keep up the structures on the island... They're all female, and I wanted them to feel like a remote sort of little nunnery. Neal Scanlan's crew designed them, and costume designer Michael Kaplan made these working clothes that also reflected sort of a nun-like, spartan sort of existence."
