• Turbo Building: will allow us to hold down the primary fire button to continuously place the selected building piece, which makes it a lot easier and faster to build our sky ramps and defensive walls. This can be toggled on and off in the options menu.

• Automatic material swapping: might come in handy when you're building faster than ever. This will switch over to another material when we run out of something. This can also be toggled in the options menu.

• Build through objects: is a nice addition that most of us probably have been begging for since launch. Not being able to build something because a bus, house or tree blocked our path has ruined our flow several times, but that won't be a problem any more. The update will allow us to place structures through large objects. The only thing worth noting is that our structures must still be supported by the terrain and other buildings. This means that a sky ramp that passes through a tree will still fall if the connection to the terrain or floor is destroyed.

• Faster switching of building pieces: is another thing many of us have talked about. Right now, switching pieces feel laggy once in a while, but the folks at Epic will fix this by changing the network code so that the game no longer has to contact the servers every time we switch between building pieces. This will also be implemented into Save the World at a later date.
