Bioware-bossen Casey Hudson (med spel som Mass Effect och Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic på meritlistan) har publicerat ett personligt brev på Biowares blog där han avslöjar att Anthem nu officiellt klivit in i Alpha-fasen. Detta betyder att "every part of the game is in, and functioning. It's a ton of fun to play, and full of engaging character moments and storylines. But it's also exciting to see people around the office (and at our partner studios) grouping together for adventures in this new world we've created".
Det låter väl lovande inför premiären den 22 februari. Aktuella format är PC, Playstation 4 och Xbox One.
