Gambit Esports are on a bit of a rampage in the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive scene right now, after not only just winning the BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2021 last night, but also by winning the Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Summer event the week before.
With the wins, the team has not only managed to earn 6400 BLAST Premier Points within a week, but it has also qualified for the BLAST Premier: World Final 2021 later this year. Between the two tournaments, Gambit has also earnt $325,000 in cash prize rewards within a week.
Gambit will be competing in the StarLadder CIS RMR 2021 tournament that starts this weekend, for a chance to continue this successful streak, but its focus will likely be on the IEM XVI - Cologne tournament that rewards $400,000 to the winning team, and is planned to begin in two weeks time.
