The ESL has announced a partnership with Monster Energy, a deal that will see the beverage brand become a global partner with the tournament organiser. Following a partnership with DreamHack since 2014, Monster Energy joining with ESL will see it supporting 18 total competitions across the ESL Pro Tour CS:GO, including the likes of Intel Extreme Masters, DreamHack Open, as well as ESL Gaming's Dota 2 tournaments, such as ESL One.

"We are thrilled to welcome Monster Energy to the larger ESL Gaming family, continuing their commitment to being one of the largest supporters of the gaming and esports community,'' said ESL Gaming co-CEO Craig Levine. "With ESL and DreamHack providing some of the biggest and best esports competitions and events in the world, our collaboration will play a large role in fulfilling our vision of creating a world where anyone can be somebody."

The financials of the deal are yet to be disclosed, but the partnership is set to make Monster Energy the first-ever global partner of the CS:GO Hub, an analytics platform that helps teams and players develop their skills.
