Förutom wrestlare som Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Hacksaw Jim, Brittish Bulldog, och drygt 70 andra muskelpaket, har nu Acclaim även skrivit avtal med Diamond Dallas Page för medverkan i Showdown: Legends of Wrestling. Med den helt nya, intuitiva, spelkontrollen kommer spelare kunna utföra många klassiska och personliga grepp, såsom DDPs egna "Diamond Cutter". Acclaim är väldigt nöjda med att få denna publikfavorit i spelet och det verkar även DDP själv vara. Här är hans egna ord:
