Bloober Team har utannonserat Layers of Fear 3

En nedräkning som startade på nyår med orden "Dare to peek into the darkness..." har nu nått noll och avslöjat att Layers of Fear 3 är på väg. Det är tio år sedan det första spelet släpptes och utvecklarna firar inte bara detta med en utannonsering av ett nytt spel - utan har även planer på att släppa soundtrack och böcker.

Under en showcase som firade spelseriens tioårs-jubelium berättade studiochefen Piotr Babieno följande; "Some of you have been with us for a very long time. Others arrived later by accident, curiosity, or through a friend's recommendation. But if you are here, it's because at some point the story grabbed you and wouldn't let go. For Bloober Team, Layers of Fear isn't just a title from our past. It marked the moment when we understood what kind of studio we want to be—what type of games we want to create. Tonight, we want to honor that legacy and show you that Layers of Fear is still alive, still evolving, and still finding new ways to haunt."

Böcker och sondtrack i all ära så är det givetvis ett helt nytt spel i serien som är mest intressant. Bloober Team har nyligen gett oss en remake på Silent Hill 2 samt deras helt nya skräckspel Cronos: The New Dawn. I en kort liten teaser-video som går att kika på nedan presenteras spelet och även om vi vare sig vet format eller datum - så vet vi åtminstone att ett nytt spel i serien är under utveckling.
