Earlier this month we reported that the Blast Pro Series CS:GO competition in Istanbul was getting rescheduled to September 28 and 29, and now we know another team competing, who are the North American side Cloud9, featuring Turkish American player Tarik 'tarik' Celik.
"Winning the Major was the biggest thing in my life, but playing live on the iconic Blast stage in Turkey and battling some of the best teams in the world in the home country of my parents and family will be an amazing experience," tarik said. "We will do everything we can to make the fans proud, the Cloud9 star player promises."
"It is amazing to see a spectacular tournament like BLAST Pro Series happening in Istanbul and I am so excited to bring my teammates to Istanbul and Turkey to show them around and introduce them to the amazing people there."
We still don't know the full lineup, but what we do know is Cloud9 will join world number one team Astralis, as well as Virtus.pro, Ninjas in Pyjamas, and local side Space Soldiers. Who would you like to see complete the lineup?
