Counter-Strike matchmaking changes unveiled

From now on it's going to be a matter of trust.
Mike Holmes 14 november 2017

Valve has just announced some interesting changes that are being implemented to the matchmaking systems that bring players together in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

In a blog post recently published, it was explained why the old system is being ditched in favour of one that will add more weight to, among other things, the number of times players were reported for cheating.

Valve says the changes have already shown positive results, with players filing fewer reports against each other. You can read more about the changes and what they might mean to you, including the Q&A that sheds further light on the new setup, via the link above.
