Crystal Dynamics är studion som under 2013 re-bootade Lara Croft och Tomb Raider, som inom kort kommer att släppa sitt tredje spel baserat på Toby Gards våldsamma gravplundrare. Innan dess har de hunnit grunda en ny studio som de döpt till Crystal Northwest, detta eftersom de behöver hjälp med utvecklingen av det kommande Avengers-licensspelet. Nya studion huserar bland annat talanger från utvecklingen av spel som Halo 5, God of War och Dead Space och enligt Crystal Dynamics ska Crystal Northwest mestadels arbeta med den tekniska biten i Avengers.
