The Mandalorian har bland de mest påkostade specialeffekterna vi någonsin sett i en TV-serie, vilket inte minst inkluderar den hyperavancerade animatronicen som populärt brukar kallas Baby Yoda. Vi är förmodligen inte de enda som gärna skulle vilja veta mer om allt detta, och på juldagen besannas vår önskan.
Disney har nu utannonserat en timmeslång dokumentär kallad The Mandalorian: Making of Season 2, vilken alltså har premiär den 25 december 25 på Disney+. Vi kan då se fram emot "filmmakers and cast provide unprecedented access to the storytelling decisions and innovations that went into the second season of the Emmy Award-winning series". Disney utlovar även:
"Featuring immersive on-set footage that places viewers right in the middle of the filmmaking process, and rare insights from the cast and crew, this special documentary explores the production of all 8 episodes in Season 2 — from early concept art through the groundbreaking technology introduced in the series."
Något att se fram emot dagen efter att det svullats grisklövar, julmust och vörtbröd, kanske?
