Paradox Interactive växer så det knakar och Gamereactor fick chansen att snacka lite med högste chefen, Fredrik Wester, för att få veta mer om hur han ser på framtiden. Bland annat fick vi veta att de numera arbetar efter en annan policy med färre men större projekt av högre kvalitet:
"First and foremost I think it's a policy shift from the company. We have more producers working on the games. We've expanded our QA team times three in the past one and a half years, and of course that gives us more opportunities to find things in the games before they are released. There's also a thing that we want to put more budget into every game that we make and as you see that a game shows a lot of promise you might want to extend the scope of the game. You might want to add some extra features that were not in the original design."
