Microsoft fick en del kritik när de utannonserade att deras spel skulle släppas till både kommande och föregående generation under en tid. Många menade att detta kunde hålla Xbox Series X-titlarna tillbaka så att de inte nådde full potential. Nu låter Sony meddela att de har en liknande strategi, och som vi tidigare har rapporterat ska Spider-Man: Miles Morales utöver Playstation 5, även lanseras till Playstation 4 - och nu meddelas att detsamma gäller för både Horizon Forbidden West och Sackboy: A Big Adventure.
I ett längre inlägg på Playstation-bloggen, kan vi bland annat läsa:
"...we're happy to announce PS4 versions of some of our exclusives. Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Sackboy A Big Adventure, and Horizon Forbidden West will also launch on PS4. While these three games were designed to take advantage of PS5 and its unique next-gen features like the ultra-high-speed SSD and DualSense controller, PS4 owners will also be able to enjoy these experiences when they launch."
