Att göra nytolkningar på gamla verk är verkligen på tapeten i Hollywood och någon som har tröttnat på det är regissören JJ Abrams, som höll i rodret när bland annat Star Wars: The Force Awakens skulle upp på vita duken.
"You know, I feel incredibly lucky to have gotten involved in things that I loved when I was a kid. In fact, even Westworld, which we're [here at the Golden Globes] for tonight, is one of them. But I don't feel any desire to do that again. I feel like I've done enough of that, that I'm more excited about working on things that are original ideas that perhaps one day someone else will have to reboot."
Detta sade den uppskattade filmskaparen när han intervjuades av Entertainment Weekly på årets Golden Globe-gala.
För tillfället jobbar han på Portal- och Half Life-filmer i samarbete med Valve, medan hans studio Bad Robot arbetar på ett action-rollspel kallat Spyjinx.
