Svenska indie-utvecklaren Skygoblin hade hygglig framgång med de två första kapitlen av The Journey Down (släpptes 2013 och 2014), men ändå inte riktigt för att finansiera den tredje delen och tillika dess final. Nu har de därför startat en Kickstarter-insamling för att försöka nå 300 000 kronor. Vi träffade nyligen spelets game director Theodor Waern som bland annat sade dessa lovande ord:
"We've got this really weird, but amazing mix of 80s action movie type things like Lethal Weapon or Die Hard those kind of movies. Maybe a little bit of Ninja Turtles. Those kind of tropes that everyone understands in our generation, we can really relate to these characters. Those kind of tropes, that kind of set up, that kind of ambiance, that kind of saxophone... But also we've got this Lion King inspired part of it. Or maybe more Indiana Jones. So we're kind of mixing these things."
