Kingdom Come: Deliverance II fick överlag strålande recensioner när det släpptes i början på februari. Någon uppföljare är det ännu inte tal om, åtminstone inte utåt, men Tom McKay som spelade protagonisten Henry skulle gladeligen återvända till en tredje del. I en intervju med Dan Allen på Youtube säger han att han vill spela rollen så länge som Warhorse vill att han gör det, även om det kanske också innebär att Henry inte är protagonist i kommande spel:
"From an acting perspective it would be very similar actually. I'm open to all ideas. We do have a very good sense of what's happening next. Obviously I can't talk about any of that, but I think those decisions are not in our hands, and I'm open to all ideas. I love this character, I love the world of this game.
You never know. But I'm happy to play this character for as long or as little as anybody wants me to. Of course, it's ultimately decided by Warhorse. But really the fans kind of dictate a lot of this narrative in terms of what they're into and what they think and all that stuff. And I think that's a really appropriate thing."
