Efter framgångarna för The Last of Us: Part II, belönas nu en av nyckelpersonerna bakom äventyret med en fin befordran i företaget. På Naughty Dogs hemsida skriver chefen Evan Wells nämligen att han framledes kommer dela chefskapet över studion tillsammans med director Neil Druckmann:
"We have such an incredible team at Naughty Dog and being able to work alongside each and every one of them is especially meaningful these days. I feel proud of the team when I'm able to recognize their accomplishments and contributions to the studio."
Neil Drunkman var både lead writer och director på The Last of Us: Part II, och han har även samma roller för den kommande HBO-serien.
