Det hade förvisso ryktats flitigt om det på förhand, men under Sonys stream härom veckan utannonserade Guerrilla Lego Horizon Adventures, vilket dessutom kommer att släppas till konkurrenten Switch.
Spelet är en slags Lego-tolkning av Horizon Zero Dawn, vilket var i runda slängar 30 timmar långt. Men det visar sig att vi inte ska hoppas på samma speltid från denna Lego-tolkning. I en ny Gamespot-artikel som spelet avslöjar nämligen Guerrillas narrative director James Windeler att äventyret är runt sju-åtta långt.
Windeler förklarade även hur de resonerat kring detta trots allt lite otippade projekt, och säger:
"We wanted to poke fun at the IP; we wanted to use all the self-referential humor that's characteristic of Lego properties.
We also very much wanted to make sure that the game had a very broad appeal [...] We didn't make the whole open-world game and put it in here. We told a story that we felt captured some of the spirit of the original, some of the themes [...] It's more of an inspiration."
Lego Horizon Adventures släpps senare i år till PC, Playstation 5 och Switch.
