Mad World i bilder

Atsushi Inaba (Phoenix Wright, Viewtiful Joe, Okami) har ett nytt Wii-spel på gång i form av Mad World med sitt nya företag Platinum Games. Inaba är producent medan Shigenori Nishikawa (Dino Crisis 2, Resident Evil, Resident Evil 4) agerar regissör.

Så här beskrivs spelet i pressreleasen:

"Produced by Atsushi Inaba, Mad World has a unique black and white style, depicting an incredibly sharp backdrop that straddles graphic novels and 3D worlds. As players battle opponents, they must master the use of various weapons and items found within their environment, such as chainsaws and street signs, while entertaining sports commentary adds to the third-person gameplay. With its irreverent humour and over-the-top violence, Mad World will deliver a unique core gaming experience currently missing on the Wii system."

Mad World kommer att bli det första Platinum Games-spelet som lanseras under det första kvartalet nästa år.
