Denna recension skrev jag för Metacritic, därför är den på engelska. Men se på det så här, om du har problem med att förstå min engelska kommer du nog inte förstå allt i L.A. Noire.
L.A. Noire is truly a unique game. Never before have I played a game quite like it. All my life video games have trained my eye-hand coordination, but L.A. Noire teach gamers something different. L.A. Noire teach people how to think. How to read people. How to create scenarios in your head and weight evidence. Who is likely to be guilty? Who is lying, and who do you trust?
Even though at times L.A. Noire might seem a bit linear in it's storytelling, and sometimes getting a bit repedative, it just doesn't matter. L.A. Noire sucks you into a fantastic world. What Rockstar did with Red Dead Redemption, they do again with L.A. Noire. It is more than a game, it's a time machine.
Other than a truly unique experience, L.A. Noire looks fantastic, with excelent light and color. The facial expressions are just as beautiful as they are flawless, and 1940's Los Angeles is a sprawling city, full of life and constant movement. Rockstar and Team Bondi has created a true masterpiece.
