Vi har alla sett honom briljera i rollen som den kalkylerade, intelligente FBI-agenten Holden Ford i David Finchers kritikerhyllade Netflix-serie Mindhunter, och nu står det klart att Jonathan Groff kommer att medverka i kommande The Matrix 4. Groff kommer att göra Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (Aquaman), Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss, Jada Pinkett Smith, Jessica Henwick och Neil Patrick Harris sällskap.
Collider skriver följande:
"Groff's role is being kept under wraps, and while it wouldn't be a stretch to see him as a suit-clad agent given his character on Mindhunter, that would be unfair speculation at this point. What is exciting, however, is Wachowski's commitment to assembling a diverse, inclusive cast, as Groff is the second openly gay actor to join the latest Matrix sequel, following Neil Patrick Harris."
