Netflix lägger ned allting Army of the Dead

Den som vill gotta sig i Zack Snyders otur skulle naturligtvis kunna ta dagens besked om att Netflix lägger ned allting Army of the Dead (inklusive den inplanerade tvåan) som ett sätt att peka på hur gubben fått två ambitiöst upplagda filmuniversum igenbommade (det första var såklart Snyderverse hemma hos DC Films). Detta medan vi andra kan konstatera att Rebel Moon blivit så pass stora framgångar för Netflix/Snyder, att de tillsammans väljer att fokusera på mer av det - och inget annat. Hur man nu än väljer att se på saken är Army of the Dead alltså nedlagt och det rör allt, serietidningar, spinoffs, prologer, uppföljare, stickspår - allt.

"Netflix have quietly cancelled any future projects within the Army of the Dead franchise, effectively shelving the series as a whole. This includes an animated spinoff Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas, as well as a planned movie spinoff titled Planet of the Dead. Despite how many large-scale plans were in place for the franchise's further expansion, it appears the streaming service will no longer be producing more for the horror universe."
