Som vi vet arbetade Tim Burton på en Superman-film på nittiotalet. Superman var tänkt att spelas av Nicholas Cage och filmen skulle fått titeln ''Superman Lives''. Enligt skådespelaren själv skulle den ha varit bättre än någon annan film om hjälten. I en intervju med EW berättade han lite mer om vad filmen skulle ha varit.
''I would offer that the movie that Tim and I would have made, in your imagination, is more powerful than any of the Superman movies. I didn't even have to make the movie and we all know what that movie would have been in your imagination. That is the Superman. That is the movie. Even though you never saw it --- it is the Superman.''
Om filmen verkligen var så bra som Cage säger kommer vi troligtvis aldrig få reda på men det hade onekligen varit intressant att se resultatet.
Det bidde aldrig någon Superman Lives, men dräkten var åtminstone helt färdig.
