Som bekant har Nintendo en ny stationär konsol på väg, och arbetsnamnet för den är Café. Det har ryktats om en handkontroll med en tryckkänslig skärm, men den som oroar sig för att traditionella knappar kommer att försvinna totalt kan vara lugn.
"Whenever we make a new game console, we've done it without throwing away buttons and the directional pad. The reason for that it's better to have them, because buttons and directional pads benefit gameplay response," berättar Nintendos Saturo Iwata enligt Kotaku.
Inte heller har man planer på att göra en konsol baserad på tablets, som ju är så populära idag:
"Nintendo isn't planning on completely ditching buttons, nor is Nintendo thinking of taking tablets as they are today and implementing them in a game console."
