Även om Bentley har tävlat inom bland annat GTWC med Continental GT, har ju den sportbilen alltid varit grisigt tung med sina 2390 kilo. Kommande versionen Supersports har dock lättats rejält och Bentley, utan att gå in på detaljer eller med riktiga siffror, utlovar en 500 kilo lättare bil tack vare kolfibermaterial och enbart bakhjulsdrift. Under huven sitter det i denna en dubbelturbomatad V8:a på fyra liter som ger 666 kusar samt 800 newtonmeter i vrid. Det finns inte hybridgrejor i denna bil och ingen eldrift. Inget sånt. Det är därmed en gammaldags muskelbil med brittisk lyx på insidan.
