Joe Carnahan: Neil Druckmann från Naughty Dog är ett rövhål

Smokin' Aces-regissören Joe Carnahan har delat med sig av lite information om den evigt försenade Uncharted-filmen, och säger till Discussing Film att han hade tänkt sig ett helt annat manus än det som nu verkar bli av. Carnahan ville även hylla Uncharted-spelens manusförfattare Amy Hennig och såhär säger han om sin tänkta film som alltså aldrig blir av:

"My version of Uncharted was we spent a few pages with a 14-year-old Drake like in the third. And then you went to the Drake that everybody knows. The script was fantastic, I was very, very pleased with how the script came out. It was really entertaining, funny and it worked. Who knows, they might use portions of it.

Ultimately I wanted to make Amy happy, it was her creation. I think whatshisface, I'm not a fan, the guy that kind of stole credit for it."

När Neil Druckmann nämndes, skrädde Carnahan inte orden utan kallade honom rövhål:

"Yeah, that jerkoff. You know, whatever [...] there was a bit of saboteur-ing there going on there too with Naughty Dog [...] Amy created that world and she was the one that I really wanted to please [...] That other guy, whatever the hell his name is, he's a hitchhiker."

Vad som egentligen hände mellan Amy Hennig och Neil Druckmann lär vi aldrig få veta, men Carnahan kallar alltså sistnämnda ett rövhål. Vad tror du om saken?
