Fler tunga avhopp från Activision Blizzard

Förra månaden meddelade Overwatch League-chefen Nate Nanzer att han lämnar Blizzard för att istället jobba med Epic Games. Och han är inte ensam, ty enligt en färsk rapport från Dexerto är det fler som är på väg att hoppa av Blizzard. Bland annat anges global product director för Blizzard Esports, Kim Phan, vara på väg bort och det pyr ett missnöje med ledningen. En källa säger:

"People are really getting tired of working for Pete Vlastelica. The focus has become commercializing the esports titles instead of making good programs for the community. Many people internally are laying that on Pete, and it has crushed morale among the Call of Duty and Overwatch teams especially."

Ytterligare en annan person fortsätter:

"Right now, there's a feeling that a lot of the senior management just don't understand esports, but there is no room for negotiating with these people. They are convinced their vision, which is more in line with televised sports, is the right way to go and it has just made people miserable."

Dexerto ger inga fler namn på avhoppare, men säger att de har uppgifter på fler personer som ska sluta hos Blizzard. Vi lär alltså få anledning att återkomma till detta.
