It has been revealed over several different Twitter posts that the French Overwatch League franchise, the Paris Eternal has released a bunch of their French players. The team of which has been looking to make severe roster moves over the course of this off-season, even trading their star-Korean players, will not be renewing the contract of a lot of their European players.

Terence "So0n" Tarlier, Nicolas "NiCOgdh" Moret, and Benjamin "BenBest" Dieulafait individually announced over Twitter that they are free-agents, and that the Eternal has not renewed their contracts. This decision leaves only two players on the Eternal's roster, the French support Brice "FDGoD" Monsçavoir, and the Korean DPS Jung "Xzi" Ki-hyo - the latter of which has had a tornado of trade rumours surrounding him.

Whatever ends up happening with Xzi and the Eternal, the team will be eyeing the free agency market and Contenders players, as it looks to build out its 2021 roster.
