Det verkar som att Sony lyckats fixa de grövsta felen på Playstation 3, i alla fall enligt hackaren som ligger bakom jailbreak-programmet PSFreedom. Uppdateringen 3,6 som släpptes idag fixar det mesta, även om Youness Alaoui (KaKaRoToKS) via sitt Twitter-konto skriver att allt kan hackas på nytt, men att man isåfall måste starta om från början.
"Their previous errors were epic fails, it doesn't mean they can't do an epic save either.. they seem to have fixed all the issues they had", skrev Alaoui.
"For now, it looks to me (at first glance) that the ps3 has been resecured, but it doesn't mean it can't be broken again from scratch.", fortsatte han.
Till sist postade han även detta: "Oh, before I get flooded: NOT BY ME! I don't really care about breaking the PS3, I'm fine with what we have so far. I will NOT work on it!!"
