Det tog inte lång stund innan den snudd-på evigt försenade Playstation Plus-gratisversionen av buggfesten Driveclub släpptes förrän utvecklarna Evolution Studios tvingades plocka bort den, igen. I över sex månader har fansen väntat på den utlovade PS Plus-utgåvan som alltså skulle släppas i november 2014. Sony förklarar vad som hänt på spelets officiella Facebook-sida:
"The Store update today with the Driveclub PS+ Edition was premature. The servers aren't ready yet, so it's been removed while we get them ready. Apologies on their behalf for any confusion and inconvenience caused."
Att fansen reagerar irriterat kommer knappast som någon överraskning för någon som följt detta fiasko under det senaste halvåret:
"This is almost hilarious... I don't even know that I'd play your crappy game if you gave away the full version as a PS+ version at this point...This was supposed to be a launch title...you've had 18 months to sort your crap out and still you can't get your servers right."
