Tidig försäljningsdata visade att Playstation 4 krossade Xbox One med en marginal på 3:1, och det är därför inte så konstigt att Sony är självsäkra i sin ledning över rivalen Microsoft. Nu säger Sony Computer Entertainment America-bossen Shawn Layden att Playstation 4 fortfarande leder kraftigt och att "math seem to point towards a 2:1 lead in sales och att Sony inte har några planer på att sakta ner:
"It's going to be a very competitive holiday season. Everyone's going to move their numbers the best way they can. We're going to be fully engaged in that battle."
Layden hade dock inget bra svar på kritiken mot att Sony inte har någon bra spelhöst:
"Obviously LittleBigPlanet is exclusive. We're looking, early in the New Year, at titles like Bloodborne and The Order. For the holiday season, the greatest games are the greatest games. I certainly understand when publishers wish to get their art in front of as many eyeballs as possible. But I like to think that the games look better and play better on PlayStation 4."
