EA rapporterar idag att Star Wars Battlefront har krossat utgivarens tidigare rekord när det kommer till digital försäljning. EA kommenterade rekordet med följande uttalande:
"It is the largest digital launch in the company's history. It's also the biggest launch of any new Star Wars game ever released."
EA Studios-bossen och före detta Dice-chefen Patrick Söderlund sade följande om spelets framtid:
"We will be adding more of what you love about the game, like new maps and Star Cards, for free in the coming months, in addition to all of the content we have coming with Season Pass. We'll have more to share soon."
Exakt hur mycket Battlefront sålt vet vi inte men hoppas att EA kommer att gå ut med dessa siffror inom kort.
