Svenska Paradox har köpt upp Jagged Alliance 3-studion

Bulgariska Haemimont Games står bakom titlar såsom Tropico 3, Tropico 4, Tropico 5, Jagged Alliance 3, The Firat Templar samt Rising Kingdoms. Ett rutinerat gäng strategitokar med andra ord, vilka nu kommer att arbeta under styrning från svenska Paradox som precis meddelat att de köpt upp Haemimont. Bulgarerna får dock fortsätta att arbeta på som innan, skrivs in som dotterbolag till den svenska strategijätten och pågående projekt ska slutföras.

"The acquisition consists of an upfront cash consideration and a performance-based earnout of similar size that is to be paid out over the coming years. Haemimont Games and Paradox have agreed to not disclose the purchasing price at this point. The acquisition is financed with cash at hand and expected to be completed within a few days."
