Marvels nya affischer för Fantastic Four är en härlig nostalgitripp

25:e juli släpps Marvel Studios kommande nytolkning av The Fantastic Four på bio med den väldigt flitiga Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us, The Mandalorian) i en av huvudrollerna. Filmen ämnar att ge den älskade serietidningen en omstart och kommer således att gå sin egen väg och inte följa tidigare filmadaptioner.

För att bygga upp förväntningarna har nu Marvel Studios släppt fem unika affischer som presenterar filmens karaktärer i en retroinspirerad design, tydligt inspirerad av klassiska samlarkort. På affischerna hittar vi Reed Richards (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm (Vanessa Kirby), Human Torch (Joseph Quinn), Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) och gängets robot H.E.R.B.I.E. Med tanke på att filmen kommer att utspela sig en en parallell version av 1960-talet, är det minst sagt passande filmaffischer. Du kan läsa filmens synopsis och se affischerna nedan:

Filmens synopsis:
Set against the vibrant backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world. [The film follows] Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm as they face their most daunting challenge yet. Forced to balance their roles as heroes with the strength of their family bond, they must defend Earth from a ravenous space god called Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner).
