När Rockstar släpper sina titlar, brukar konkurrenterna huka sig under skrivborden och rensa releaselistorna från spel. En av de som drabbats extra hårt om Red Dead Redemption 2 släppts som planerat denna höst är Ubisoft som ju snart lanserar Far Cry 5 som i viss mån har western-tema. Och detta är inget de hymlar med, utan deras finanschef Alain Martinez säger såhär om Rockstar-förseningen:
"Clearly the fact that there is no Red Dead Redemption [2] is a positive for our fiscal year 2018. This is something that we had taken into our [financial] assumptions. So the absence of that game is, of course, giving us a better window for the launch of some of our games."
