Det finns en rad utmaningar för konsolerna som inte funnits tidigare och många har trott att den kommande generationen blir den sista för traditionella TV-spel. Några som inte alls håller med om den analysen är dock Ubisoft.
I en CVG-analys förkunnar högste hönset Yves Guillemot: "I still think it is not the last generation, because the manufacturers want a way to control their platform and the machine is the best way to have a specific access to that."
Däremot tror Yves att molnet kan komma att förändra den del i framtiden: "I think that the cloud is going to change a few things. Now with cloud and the increase of bandwidth we should have the possibility to increase the quality of games a lot over the next few years. But I think five years is the right timing for it."
Nu är det väl lite för tidigt att fråga vad ni hoppas på att få se i Wii Ultra, Playstation 5 och Xbox Two - men tror ni att Ubisoft har rätt?
