"Cinematographer" Larry Fong är briljant. En mycket kapabel herre som styrt kameraarbetet under produktioner av filmer som Watchmen, 300 och Batman v Superman: Dawn of Batfleck. Den där mörka, suggestivt atmosfäriska men ändå stilistiskt ursnygga looken som Zack Snyder gjort sig känd för har han Fong att tacka för i mångt och mycket. Nu står det klart att Larry även kommer att stå bakom kameran när Dödligt Vapen/Iron Man 3-gubben Shane Black sätter ihop kommande re-booten The Predator och vi hade inte kunnat tänka oss ett mer passande val av "cinematographer".
Deadline Hollywood skriver följande om filmen:
The Predator is now in pre-production scheduled to begin shooting in February 2017. We still know very little about The Predator, just that the main character is not Dutch (played by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the original 1987 film, which happened to co-star Black). The lead in this movie will be played by Boyd Holbrook, who stepped in after Benicio del Toro dropped out. Olivia Munn will head up an expected "strong" supporting cast. Trades initially reported that the film would bring the Predator to Suburbia, but Black has since debunked that story.
