Det var två månader sedan som Man of Steel/Watchmen-regissören Zack Snyders 20-åriga dotter Autumn Snyder begick självmord, en tragedi som hållits hemlig och inte kommunicerats eller adresserats av vare sig Snyder. Warner eller DC. Nu har dock Zack samt hans fru och producenten för Justice League, Deborah Snyder, bestämt sig för att helt hoppa av DC:s kommande Avengers-konkurrent som nu kommer att slutföras av ingen mindre än Joss Whedon, som trots allt gjorde Avengers och Avengers 2: Age of Ultron. I en intervju med The Hollywood Reporter berättar Zack följande:
"In my mind, I thought it was a cathartic thing to go back to work, to just bury myself and see if that was the way through it. The demands of this job are pretty intense. It is all-consuming. And in the last two months, I've come to the realization ... I've decided to take a step back from the movie to be with my family, be with my kids, who really need me. They are all having a hard time. I'm having a hard time." Länk
Han fortsätter sedan med att förklara lite närmare hur han ser på Justice League:
"I want the movie to be amazing, and I'm a fan, but that all pales pretty quickly in comparison. I know the fans are going to be worried about the movie, but there are seven other kids that need me. In the end, it's just a movie. It's a great movie. But it's just a movie."
Joss kommer nu att filma om vissa scener, klippa om andra och försöka pussla ihop filmen som med lite tur kommer att kunna tävla med Avengers 3: Infinity War.
Herr och fru Snyder hoppar nu av Justice League för att helt och hållet fokusera på familjen.
Justice League har haft en del problem under inspelningens gång men med lite tur kanske den kan bli lika bra som Avengers nu då, med Joss Whedons assistans, eller vad tror du?
