Wii Music var ingen höjdare. En uppföljare till Nintendos musikspel kan dock vara på väg, och kanske görs de nödvändiga förbättringarna. Detta berättar i alla fall Shigeru Miyaomoto för Techland.
"There's a lot of potential still in Wii Music, I think. Because we're going to change it up, a new interface is coming, and all of that."
Det är också möjligt att vi kommer att få se Mario dyka upp i ett eventuellt Wii Music 2, i stället för bara Mii-figurer:
"If we get more people to understand what's going on in the game concept, then he might appear in the game."
