Sony Online Entertainment visade under natten upp sitt nästa spel, ett onlinerollspel proppat med blodtörstiga, kötthungriga zombies kallat H1Z1. Till skillnad från andra onlinerollspel och till skillnad från DayZ kommer spelaren att kunna förstöra stora delar av miljöerna i H1Z1 samt konstruera byggnader och i slutändan hela samhällen.
"{H1Z1} is an MMO that allows players to take on the role of an apocalypse survivor who is in a world that is filled with zombies. A world! Not just a little tiny server. We are in the middle of putting that in so you are going to be able to burn down trees, burn down stuff, and that's going to be a lot of fun. The idea is that these players [are] building these forts and all of the sudden these other guys coming in lighting it on fire and waiting till they come out of the fortress."
Tydligen ska det släppas till PC först, sen till Playstation 4 och vi kommer att njuta av zombieslakten i första- eller tredjepersonsperspektiv. Crafting, själva byggandet, är en av de största aspekterna som Sony nu i det första skedet vill prata om. Man har givetvis smygkikat på Minecraft och vill att spelare ska samarbeta för att bygga upp hela städer, som man sedan kommer att tvingas försvara. Sony pratar om tusentals spelare på samma servrar samt mängder av körbara fordon.
Något releasedatum har ännu inte kommunicerats men det ryktas om att spelet ska släppas i form av en beta redan i slutet av sommaren.
