Ubisofts VD Yves Guillemot har berättat att företaget inte längre kommer att släppa några fler spel till den gamla generationens konsoler. Det vill säga Playstation 3 och Xbox 360. Med undantag för Just Dance-serien.
"On Just Dance, we will continue to bring old-gen console versions. But on the other products like Assassin's Creed, Rainbow Six, The Division, and the unannounced franchise, we will not have old-gen versions."
I fortsättningen kommer de enbart fokusera på att utveckla sina spel till PC, Playstation 4 och Xbox One. Huruvida det ska släppas några fler spel till Wii U är fortfarande oklart.
