Soul Calibur är tillbaka igen och den 19 oktober släpps efterlängtade Soul Calibur VI till PC, Playstation 4 och Xbox One. Den mest populära delen i serien torde vara Gamecube-versionen av Soul Calibur II och sedan dess har fansen hoppats på ett nytt spel i serien till Nintendos-konsoler, men Bandai Namco har exklusivt fokuserat på Playstation och Xbox. Lyckligtvis finns det hopp.
Under Gamescom frågade Dual Shockers producenten Motohiro Okubo om en Switch-version av spelet och medan det visserligen inte pågår utveckling till formatet så utesluter han heller inte att det kommer senare:
"At the moment there is no development for Switch at all. I understand that the Switch is a very successful hardware, and of course if there is a possibility, then it would be great to do it.
At the moment we're focusing on the October 19th launch, so we don't even have the time to think about that possibility. After the launch we'll think about the possibility."
